  1. Xing Technology Corporation Software License Agreement

  3. Xing Technology Corporation's XingMPEG Driver, XingMPEG 
  4. Player, XingMPEG Saver and documentation and all included 
  5. titles, video clips and documentation, hereinafter "the 
  6. software", are subject to the following licensing agreement. By 
  7. installing the software, you are implicitly accepting these terms 
  8. and conditions:

  10. 1. The software is protected by copyright law and international
  11. treaty provisions. You must not allow copies to be made and
  12. distributed to anyone else. You may make backup copies for
  13. archival purposes only. All printed materials are also protected
  14. by copyright law and may not be copied, distributed, or
  15. reproduced in whole or in part without the prior written consent
  16. of Xing Technology Corporation.

  18. 2. The software is licensed for use on a single computer.
  19. You may delete the licensed software from one computer and
  20. reinstall it on another, but you may not install the software
  21. on more than one computer at any given time without 
  22. purchasing additional software licenses.
  23.  
  24. 3. The software may not be rented, leased, or in any other
  25. manner redistributed without prior written permission of Xing
  26. Technology Corporation.  The software may not be reverse
  27. engineered, decompiled, or disassembled. Reproduction 
  28. and/or redistribution of any portion of the software is 
  29. specifically prohibited in the absence of a separate written 
  30. agreement with Xing Technology Corporation.

  32. 4. While every effort is made to ensure that the software and
  33. its documentation are free from defect, Xing Technology
  34. Corporation, its distributors, dealers, and employees shall
  35. not be held responsible for any loss of profit or any other
  36. commercial damage, including but not limited to special,
  37. incidental, consequential, or other damages occasioned by the
  38. use of the software.
